Look, I wanted to like this coffee grinder. Conical burrs that will improve my coffee's flavor, an upgrade from my bean shredders of the past. Nearly every review site told me to buy this thing. It worked great for about the first year. Then the problems started. I tried my best to clean this thing as much as I could, roughly once a month, but it still would clog up and slow down. I had to replace the top part of the metal burr once because the white plastic pieces broke, and yes its great they offer good customer service where you can buy individual components, but I don't want my coffee grinder to break in the first place from normal use. Then, my most recent issue that I can't figure out, is that the coffee now is getting stuck in the lower part of the grinder and the dump chute. I will go back to customer service, but for what was hailed as an affordable entry into the wonderful world of burr grinders, I'm very disappointed. Would not recommend.
