I have the Mizuno Wave Inspire 16 Waveknit in blue. I mainly wear them for walking & running The thing I like most is the comfort and lightness. The cushioning feels perfect, and the fit is perfect They have a supportive design rather than the feel of a really lightweight running shoe. After wearing them for over 2 years, I'd say they have held up great. Overall, I would recommend them due to the comfort and how long they have lasted in great shape
